Standard turnaround is 3 weeks from the point of payment till the cards reaches your hands. It could be faster, but it will never take longer than 3 weeks for local orders based in Singapore. This does not apply to international orders. Please contact us directly via Instagram, Telegram, or Email for more information on international orders.

Rush orders may be available depending on our workload. An expedited order charge of $20 applies. Expedited orders will reach you in no more than 10 days from the point of payment. Please discuss with us if you need it in an even shorter time frame. Expedited orders are not available for international orders.

Payment will be through PayNow. Once I've confirmed the order details, I'll provide my PayNow details for payment to be made. Once you've made payment, and I've confirmed receipt of payment, your order is confirmed.

For international orders, payment will be via PayPal.

Upload the exact image you'd like to use as the card's main artwork. This can be a photograph, a drawing, or even an AI-generated artwork. We will use the submitted file as is, and no edits will be done to it.

ONE free revision is included. Once the draft is completed, we will send it to you via WhatsApp for review. If any revision is needed, we'll work on the changes required and send you a new draft. Any additional revisions after the first will cost $5 for each new draft.

Some other custom card makers on the market print designs onto stickers and paste it over "jank" cards to make custom cards. We work with a professional printing partner and print your designs directly onto a high quality card stock. The card stock we use has a paper thickness of 325gsm.

No. The card stock has a smooth finish, for both holographic and non-holographic options. Textured cards are only possible with specialised machines used in TCG factories.

No. This is due to limitations of commercial printing, where it is impossible to align the front design perfectly to the back. To circumvent this, we have a few tessellated designs that you can pick from for the card back. These cards are also meant to be proxy gift cards, and we do not want to run the risk of imitating real TCG cards too closely.

No. Cards are printed directly onto an A4-sized high quality card stock. Each piece of card stock fits 9 cards perfectly. Even if you were to request for only 1 card, the whole card stock needs to be used. As such, the minimum order quantity is 9 cards.

Each physical card will be sleeved into a card sleeve. The cards will then be sandwiched between two pieces of hard plastic toploaders, before the whole stack is packed into a resealable bag. The resealable bag will then be packed into a bubble polymailer.

Yes. Parcels will be mailed out via SingPost with a tracked mailing label. Photos of the cards packed into the bubble polymailer, tracking information, and even a video of us physically placing the parcel into the mailbox will be shared with you via WhatsApp. Tracking can be done with the tracking number from SingPost's website.

Yeah, this is a handmade product. Each card is individually cut with a craft knife and a ruler on a cutting mat by hand. As with all handmade products, they are not gonna be 100% perfect. However, I'm also a TCG enthusiast and I fully understand the importance of good finishes and good centering, and I definitely put my 100% effort into every single card made. While I can't promise 100% perfection, I can promise that great attention and care will be put into the little details that TCG enthusiasts will look out for.

Deuce's custom cards is a one-man show, a passion project and a side hustle to help with the cost of living here in Singapore. I started this side hustle back in 2021 when my wife was pregnant with our first child. The pregnancy had several complications, and the bills shot through the roof. I was interested in doing digital art and was already proficient in working on Photoshop, so I thought that I could maybe make a little bit of money to help with the costs of the pregnancy. Thankfully, my wife gave birth to a relatively healthy baby after our many months of anxiety.

Fast forward five years, I'm now a father of two healthy little ones. Through these five years, I found that I really enjoy doing custom cards for people. A lot of people make custom cards for people they care about, and it really shows through the artwork and texts that they submit to me. This really resonates with me as I started this whole thing years ago for someone I really love. I'm really happy to be able to be a small part of something that showcases the love that my customers have for their loved ones.
